When will my order ship?

Phone accessories and hand towels ship from our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Hand-tufted rugs are made to order and ship in 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — every product on the site ships worldwide. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address or cancel it. Send us a message through the contact form below as soon as possible and include your order number.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Made-to-order rugs are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. See the full refund policy for details.

Is the MagSafe grip compatible with my phone?

Our MagSafe phone grips work with any phone or case that supports the MagSafe magnetic standard — that includes iPhone 12 and newer, plus most Android phones with a MagSafe-compatible case. The magnetic ring attaches and detaches cleanly without leaving residue.

How do I clean my hand-tufted rug?

For everyday care, vacuum on a low setting with the beater bar off. For spills, blot with a clean white cloth and cool water — never rub. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning. Avoid machine washing, bleach, and direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

How do I wash the embroidered hand towels?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip the fabric softener — it dulls the embroidery and reduces absorbency over time. Iron on low if needed, avoiding the embroidered design.
